Mr. Frizzell received his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law in 1989. Mr. Frizzell also obtained a Master’s degree in tax law from Southern Methodist University Law School in Dallas, Texas in 1995. Mr. Frizzell was born in Wichita, Kansas on December 7, 1962.

Mr. Frizzell graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree from Oklahoma State University in 1986.

Mr. Frizzell is a member of the Tulsa County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. He is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and Taxation sections of the Bar Associations. Mr. Frizzell was a member of Blue Key at Oklahoma State University; National Moot Court Team, and was awarded membership in the Order of Barristers and an Honorary Member of Scribes. At the University of Tulsa College of Law, Blaine was on the Notes and Comments Editor of the Tulsa Law Journal, 1988-1989 where he authored “Aerial Surveillance Withstands Fourth Amendment Scrutiny”, 23 Tulsa Law Journal 259, 1987 and “Strict Liability in Tort for Builder-Vendors of Homes”, 24 Tulsa Law Journal 117, 1988.

Mr. Frizzell is admitted to practice before all Oklahoma state courts, The United States District Courts in the Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the United States Tax Court.
